①丰富的林果资源Abundant Forestry & Fruit Resources
全区现有育材林种植面积10.89万亩，全区木材储蓄量为30万立方米，今后1-3年内可供木材量为1.5万立方米；热杂果面积3.4万亩，年产量2200万公斤，并且涌现出了一批品牌水果，如“宝仓”牌晚秋黄梨、金都蜜瓜等。
The planting area of timber using forest is 108,900 mu, the stored amount of timber in the whole area is 300,000 cubic meters. In the following 1-3 years, the amount of supplying timber will reach 15000 cubic metres. There is a planting area of 3.4000 mu for summer fruits, with the annual production of 22,000,000 kilograms. There are also some new brands of fruits like the Baocang yellow pear in late autumn and Jindu melon, etc.
②区内土地资源丰富：安次区城区面积30平方公里，未充分开发利用的面积15平方公里。而且全区共有3.4万亩沙荒地和存量土地2193718.31平方米，可供开发建设。
③人才资源丰富：廊坊市域内有13个国家级科研机构、21所高等院校和20所中等专业技术学校，东方大学城内还有十余所高等院校分校。同时，京津众多的国家级科研机构和大专院校近在咫尺。这些机构院校完全能够满足对各层次人才的需求，为我区的发展提供了强有力的人才支撑。
④充足的能源
全区由京津塘电网供电，范围内有220KV变电站1座、110KV变电站4座河35KVA变电站5座，未来5年内将建设220KVA、500KVA变电站各一座。同时，区内含有丰富的石油和天然气资源
