基地选址于廊东路两侧，规划占地0.7平方公里，南北长900米，东西宽750米。基地内现有廊坊日升文体乐器有限公司、普兰打击乐器有限公司、金帝乐器有限公司、东升乐器有限公司等乐器加工企业8家，从业人员2000多人，年产值1.8亿，主要产品有：各种乐器软包装、架子鼓、邦戈鼓、康佳鼓、萨克斯、单簧管、三调小圆号及各种儿童乐器等，主要销往日本、韩国、德国、法国、美国及南美洲等10多个国家和地区。
    The base is located in both sides of Langdong Road, with an planning area of 0.7sq.km, its  south-north length is 900m and east-west width is 750m. There are eight musical instrument enterprises with 2000 workers and annual production of RMB 180,000,000 in it.Langfang Risheng Stationery & Musical Instruments Co., Ltd, Planet Music Co., Ltd, Jindi Stationery & Musical Instruments Co., Ltd. and Dongsheng Musical Instruments Co., Ltd etc are in the base. Main products include: various musical instrument  package, drum, bongo, conga, saxophone, clarinet and tri-key trumpet, as well as various children musical instrument etc, which were sold over 10 countries and districts such as Japan, Korea, Germany, France, US and South America etc.
